Support Hours

Our support desk is staffed by 6fusion team members 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, Eastern Time.

On-call staff are available 24 X 7 on a best effort basis to address critical customer issues that are logged outside regular business hours.

Our service desk is available to all of our customers, for any general 6fusion inquiries please call — (888) 492-4408.

Examples of issues that should be brought to the Support team:

  • Workload, iNode, or Platform availability issues
  • Issues with 6fusion software
  • User account, password, and other access issues
  • Operations tasks like data seeding, workload customization requests, or access to data centers.

If you have sales related questions — how do I quote an opportunity? how should I plan a migration? Can your platform do..? or general training questions, you should contact your dedicated Partner Services Manager.  If you don’t know who to contact, you can email sales@6fusion.com.
