Michael Dering, Executive Chairman

As Executive Chairman, Michael leads the board and takes a hands-on role in 6fusion’s corporate development. Michael brings over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. He previously presided over ServiceBench as President and CEO, where he helped the company achieve rapid growth, attracting prestigious new customers and expanding internationally. As a result, ServiceBench was recognized by Deloitte as one of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in North America and the company was purchased in January 2008.

John D. Cowan, Chief Executive Officer

John is a 6fusion founder and a co-inventor of 6fusion’s WAC algorithm.  He is regarded as the company’s business model visionary.  In addition to 6fusion’s day-to-day management responsibilities, John is responsible for the overall strategic vision and commercial direction of 6fusion. A 12-year veteran of business and product development within the IT and Telecommunications sectors, his tenure includes success creating new business during the period of telecommunications deregulation as well as developing and launching new technology products and services globally.

Delano Seymour, Chief Technology Officer

Delano is a founder of 6fusion and co-inventor of 6fusion’s WAC algorithm.  He is the principal architect of 6fusion’s UC6 software platform. As Chief Technology Officer, Delano is 6fusion’s technical visionary and responsible for all aspects of the company’s technology development. A gifted engineer and software developer, Delano has served as a Senior IT resource within both public and private sectors.  Also a co- founder of a Bermuda Managed Services Provider, he has served as that company’s President and Principal Consultant during its most active growth periods.

Douglas Steele, Chief Operating Officer

Doug is responsible for the client experience at 6fusion, including all aspects of support, advisory, training, certification and implementation services. He is a 25-year veteran of the IT business, including 15 years of experience as principal consultant and business owner. Prior to joining 6fusion in 2008, Doug had full responsibility for P&L and yearly budgets with a proven record of profitability in entrepreneurial ventures, including the successful sale/merger of a prominent professional services organization.

Paul Boyer, Chief Financial Officer

Recognized for his proven financial and operational expertise in growing and managing private and public technology companies, Mr. Boyer spent the past 25 years as a CFO and or COO of private and public companies from start-up to $700M in revenues. Mr. Boyer has executed over $375M in public, private equity/debt & venture financings, including a successful IPO, 16 M&A transactions and 2 successful turnarounds.

Rob Bissett, Vice President of Product Management

As 6fusion’s Vice President of Product Management, Rob is the unifying force behind the company’s product strategy and vision, setting the tactical plans and leading market execution on new products and services. Rob is an accomplished channel veteran and certified product manager. Prior to joining 6fusion in 2010, Rob worked for N-able Technologies and was instrumental in the development of their Managed Services Platform and MSP practice. Rob has also worked in various roles in Network and Systems Management, Internet Services and IT Management.

Richard Martin, Vice President of WW Sales and Business Development

Richard is responsible for developing and executing of 6fusion’s sales and business acquisition strategy including channel development, distribution, OEM relationships, as well as expanding international markets.   He has previously served in senior management positions in sales, channel and marketing with VMware, Nortel, Bay Networks and 3Com. During an eight-year tenure with VMware he played a foundational role in building the global OEM business, working in close partnership with industry leaders such as HP and IBM.
